A prime number is a counting number greater than 1 and whose only counting number
factors are 1 and the number itself. A prime factor is a factor that is a prime number.
To find the prime factors of a counting number, divide by prime numbers.
Example: 40 = 5 x 2 x 2 x 2 where 5, 2, 2, and 2 are each prime numbers.
When finding the prime number factors of a composite number (not including 1), list them in descending order.
Example: The prime number factors of 42 are 7, 3, and 2. (1 is not a prime number)
